Job Description

HR Responsibilities:

  • Plan for recruitment and selection needed to fill vacant positions
  • Develop performance plans, and conduct and facilitate performance appraisal process
  • Conduct training need assessment and coordinate internal and external development activities
  • Conduct and coordinate employee engagement and motivation programs
  • Maintain records and prepare reports for HR related issues
  • Monitor employee's discipline and ensure compliance of standard code of conduct
  • Execute the role of counselor, mediate in workplace disputes and handle employee grievances
  • Assist in the process of organizational planning that evaluates structure, job design and human resource forecasting throughout the company
  • Develop and communicate HR policy and other HR documents to employees
  • Develop and ensure relevant employee relations practices in the organization
  • Maintain up-to-date information of each employee of the organization in their personal file
  • Perform related works, as assigned

Operation Department Responsibilities:

  • Assign/Work and Track for Daily Smooth Office Operation
