Job Description

IEDU GROUP – HR & Admin Manager

The position of HR & Admin Manager will manage Human Resources, Admin, employee development, & office management in all aspects of business as needed, to ensure all Human Resource standards are high, customer service focused and equitable.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Industrial and employee relations - manage & monitor human resources policies & procedures
  • Manage Employee Information Systems
  • Executive assistant duties, calendar scheduling
  • Organizational Development - Measure and develop strategies to align the organization’s culture with its strategic management plans
  • Workforce planning - initiate and manage strategies for developing and maintaining a high-performance workforce.
  • Liaise with legal advisers in relation to legislative changes as it relates to the workplace, advising management and staff as necessary.
  • Performance evaluation and management - annual performance review process and assist managers in process of under-performing staff members.
  • Monitor and provide data in relation to staff turnover, new hires & promotions.
  • Arrangements of Office Material resources.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of contemporary issues, trends and practice in human resource management.
  • 1-2 years Office Management & Human Resources Experience a must.
  • Capacity to interpret and advise on legislative provisions and obligations, particularly in relation to employment matters.
  • High level of computer skills and programs
  • Fluent English.
  • Team Orientated
