  • Below 50 years
Education:
  • Must be a Hotel Management Master Certificate in the Essentials of Hospitality Management from a recognized college with specialization in Rooms Division or Food & Beverage, candidate must have at least one foreign degree.
Experience:
  • At least 10 years of experience, with at least 3-4 years experience in an EAM position or above with a reputed Five Star Hotel. Experience of having worked with International Brands with knowledge of Brand Conversion or Pre-opening of Hotels will be given preference Candidate must have working experience in either heading Rooms Division and/or Food & Beverage operations in similar organizations.
Knowledge/Abilities:
  • Assist in providing day-to-day leadership and direction by maximizing financial returns, driving the development of people, creating and maintaining a unique guest experience, executing on brand standards, and building awareness of hotel and brand in the local/international community Act as the General Manager (GM) and can perform all the responsibility of the General Manager of the Five Star Hotel.
