Job Description

Background in Hotel Management studies or experience preferred. The Administrative Officer is responsible for effectively providing administrative and clerical support to all department managers. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be flexible to support different leadership styles. Will assist with administrative duties including but not limited to reports, scheduling, communications, projects,  some purchasing/receiving, printing, and overall office tasks assigned. 


Duties/ Responsibilities:

  •  Assist Executive Leadership Team with office projects
  •  Have full knowledge of all Hotel operations
  •  Manage purchasing of office and operating supplies
  •  Manage and organize expense reports and submission
  •  Must have knowledge of all Hotel amenities and happenings.
  •  Follow Hotel policies, procedures and service standards
  •  Follow all safety and sanitation policies
  •  Other duties as assigned
