Job Description

  • Javra Software is seeking Front-Line Associate ready to make a long term commitment to an excellent career in Nepal. As an Operation Front-Line Associate, you are a member of the operation and administration team. You will conduct service according to the details of your job description and making the stakeholders at face value priority.  As a member of the team you will be required to vitalize our mission to grab opportunity, lead with passion and be the absolute best. This position will provide full service to our stakeholder in a responsible manner. 
  • Provide outstanding service to our stakeholders at either in-house or external unit.
  • Must have good interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to interact with all levels of employees and external parties, both directly and on the telephone.
  • Maintain the high level image of the organization.
  • Ensuring stakeholder’s service standards are being met at all times.
  • Ensuring situational awareness is being displayed at all times.
  • Maintain office environment according to Occupational health and safety standards.
  • Responsible for reconciliation of your daily paperwork.
  • Receive and maintain logistic stock inventory.
  • Follow and maintain office policies and procedures at all times.
  • Engage in the daily safety checklist to ensure our employees are not presented with any hazards to health or life.
  • Teamwork is an essential part of providing outstanding service, maintaining the presentation of the organization interior, all members of our staff are expected to work together to ensure that every stakeholder experience is the best services.
  • Perform other related duties and activities as requested by the Executive Team.
