Requirements: 

• Degree in computer science or related field 
• Understanding of key design principles 
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery 
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design 
• Experience with graphic design applications 
• Understanding of SEO principles 
• Good problem-solving skills 
• Experience with code versioning tools: GIT 
• Basic Knowledge on JS Framework: React/View.js
