Job Description

Financial management:

  • Regular bookkeeping
  • Single point contact for all administrative work and liaising with clients for various activities related to contracts, payment management and other tasks related to backend work of client operations
  • Employee Compensation and Payroll management
  • Bank relations management
  • Ensuring all necessary tasks related to regulatory compliance is fulfilled in co-ordination with outsourced Audit firms.
  • Invoice processing and follow ups with the management team for client payment before due date. Managing overall payment and collection cycle.

Office Maintenance:

  • Ensuring proactive maintenance of office facilities
  • Supervising Office admin team members for ensuring all jobs related to admin of office is conducted efficiently.

Human Resources:

  • Prepare and post job postings, advertisements. Screen applicants and administer pre-employment verification
  • Assist department heads in preparing all-employee meetings and celebrations
  • Prepare all paper works needed to create a new employee file and placing new employees on payroll
  • Take care of end-to-end recruitment process while working closely with several business units of the organization as well as keeping the management team in constant loop
  • Ensure organization policies are well implemented in the organization.
