Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Factory Supervisor will coordinate all production activities on the factory floor, manage a team of workers, ensure equipment is maintained, and enforce safety and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations to meet production schedules.
Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, training, and motivation.
Ensure the efficient use of materials, machinery, and manpower.
Enforce health and safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain quality control standards and ensure finished products meet specifications.
Identify and resolve production issues and delays promptly.
Keep accurate records of production output, staff attendance, and equipment maintenance.
Liaise with other departments (maintenance, quality control, logistics) to ensure smooth workflow.

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Proven experience as a Factory Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of production processes and machinery.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and make quick, effective decisions.
Good communication skills and team management ability.
Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
Proficiency with MS Office or basic production software
