Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Marketing Officer to plan, execute, and monitor marketing activities that strengthen our brand, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling both digital and field marketing initiatives while supporting overall business development objectives.

Marketing Planning & Execution

Assist in preparing annual and quarterly marketing plans
Execute promotional campaigns (online and offline)
Conduct competitor and market trend analysis
Identify new market opportunities

Digital & Social Media Marketing

Manage company social media platforms
Create and schedule content posts
Run and monitor paid digital campaigns
Track engagement, reach, and conversion metrics

Field Marketing & Business Development

Visit clients and potential customers (if required)
Coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns
Support sales team in closing leads

Brand & Communication

Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
Prepare marketing materials (brochures, banners, presentations)
Coordinate with media and advertising agencies

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare monthly marketing performance reports
Analyze campaign effectiveness and ROI
Recommend improvements based on data

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and brand management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media management tools.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
