Job Description

  • Responsible for office clerical duties and to maintain office correspondence.
  • Liable to draft documents, filing and data entry.
  • Check the documents in detail for accuracy and authenticity.
  • Be responsible for proper storage of the documents, cataloging and retrieving as required.
  • Be responsible for the document’s security, for assigning access and for removing and destroying   obsolete documents.
  • Maintain communication and coordination with employees and candidate.
  • Other duties are as assigned by senior executives
