Nivil Construction is a reputed construction company committed to delivering high-quality infrastructure and civil engineering projects across Nepal. We focus on excellence, technical innovation, and timely project delivery while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute road construction works as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Prepare and review drawings in AutoCAD 2D (Must), estimates, and technical documents for project implementation.
Conduct surveying, leveling, and setting out works using Auto Level and Total Station with precision.
Monitor material quality, workmanship, and ensure proper site documentation and record keeping.
Maintain daily progress reports, measurement books, and assist in billing and quantity verification.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams, sub-contractors, and project offices to ensure timely completion.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Diploma Certificate

Required Experience:More than 4 years

Other Specification

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in road construction and related civil works.
Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and surveying instruments (Auto Level and Total Station).
Strong understanding of construction drawings, estimates, and field supervision.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in field conditions.
