Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect / Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, preparing architectural and interior drawings, and ensuring the smooth execution of design projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements
Prepare detailed drawings, 2D plans, and 3D visualizations
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams for execution
Conduct site visits and ensure design implementation as per specifications
Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures as per design standards
Prepare presentation drawings and design proposals for clients
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulations
Revise designs based on feedback and project requirements

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design or related field
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop (or similar tools)
Strong sense of aesthetics, space planning, and detailing
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Good communication and presentation skills
Valid two-wheeler driving license
