Roles and responsibilities of this job

Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute the company’s vision, mission, and long-term growth strategies.
Identify new business opportunities in real estate, infrastructure, and construction sectors.
Lead strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and business expansions.

Operational Management

Oversee daily operations of multiple projects (residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure).
Ensure timely project delivery with quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
Implement strong systems for project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Financial Management

Drive profitability and sustainable growth by monitoring financial performance.
Approve budgets, financial plans, and capital expenditures.
Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.

Business Development & Client Relations

Build strong client relationships with government bodies, developers, and private investors.
Represent the company in negotiations, contracts, and high-level meetings.
Ensure customer satisfaction and develop strategies to improve service delivery.

Team Leadership & HR

Lead, inspire, and motivate senior management and project teams.
Develop organizational culture, performance standards, and succession planning.
Hire, mentor, and retain top talent in engineering, project management, and finance.

Risk & Compliance

Ensure compliance with construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
Identify business risks and implement risk management frameworks.
Oversee audits, contracts, and legal matters related to construction projects.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably as a CEO or in a similar position
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to drive growth and profitability in a competitive market
Experience in the technology or smart home industry is a plus.
