Job Description

Summary of Role: 

Support the Client Services team in the day to day running of each account and take responsibility for new business opportunity and client coordination

Responsibilities May Include (All or Some) Tasks Below:

  • Oversee ongoing campaigns, client coordination and work with various internal groups to execute process
  • When campaign back-up is required, assist with campaign deliverables, asset routing and other related deliverables to execute email campaigns
  • Build strong relationships with clients, potential business contacts, and company stakeholders
  • Supervise and monitor work closely with client servicing & operation department to manage work process
  • To keep job bags and maintain the assigned project files up to date
  • To liaise with external suppliers in order to obtain costs and timings to support client campaigns.
  • Perform campaign and deliverable reporting to client as required
  • Prepare deliverables – typically in Microsoft Power Point, Excel or Word – leading up to client meeting
  • To provide support to anyone within the operation & execution team
  • Identify potential vendor partners and bring them in for capabilities
  • Manage status reports and meetings for greater team
