We are looking for a disciplined and proactive Customer Service Executive who understands that great customer service is about building long-term trust through reliability, speed, and accuracy. The ideal candidate is organized, process-oriented, and committed to enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups efficiently
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch
Track order fulfillment and proactively update clients on progress
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Resolve complaints and issues with structured problem-solving
Support other teams in improving customer experience and operational processes

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field
1–3 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles preferred
Strong communication skills in English and Nepali
High attention to detail and the ability to follow processes accurately
Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
