Key Responsibilities

Initiate outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from international clients.
Present, promote, and pitch company services to potential leads across global markets.
Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Follow up on leads, manage pipelines, and close deals effectively.
Maintain accurate records of communication and sales progress using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure client satisfaction.
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Assist in identifying new business opportunities and market trends.
Support the sales team with client follow-ups and coordination.
Stay updated on service offerings and market trends.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Education Level: Bachelor’s degree Completed or Masters running in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: 1 to 2 years or Freshers with Good Knowledge of Sales

Other Specification

Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Mandatory).
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Comfortable making cold and warm calls to international clients.

Prior experience in B2B or international sales is a plus.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and the MS Office suite.

Salary: 30K+incentives
Office Timing: 7 AM to 3 PM
