We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and driving sales activities within a designated region, ensuring revenue growth, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and distributors. You will lead a team of sales representatives, set sales targets, and ensure that sales goals are met through strategic planning and effective execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales targets for the area.
- Manage and guide sales and marketing teams.
- Ensure effective route planning and minimum 80% outlet coverage.
- Monitor market execution: stock availability, display, DPS board, postering, and tie-ups.
- Manage distributors, wholesalers, and key retailers.
- Track order vs sales and take corrective actions.
- Support team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Review reports, market feedback, and competitor activities. Capability to appoint and develop dealers in the assigned hq, if required.
