Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and driving sales activities within a designated region, ensuring revenue growth, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and distributors. You will lead a team of sales representatives, set sales targets, and ensure that sales goals are met through strategic planning and effective execution.

Department: Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve assigned sales targets for the area.
Manage and guide sales and marketing teams.
Ensure effective route planning and minimum 80% outlet coverage.
Monitor market execution: stock availability, display, DPS board, postering, and tie-ups.
Manage distributors, wholesalers, and key retailers.
Track order vs sales and take corrective actions.
Support team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Review reports, market feedback, and competitor activities. Capability to appoint and develop dealers in the assigned hq, if required.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in field sales (FMCG preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.

Note:

Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
Working Area: Pokhara and Dhading
