Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic On-Trade Manager to lead and manage our clubs and events segment. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about nightlife, enjoy working in high-energy environments, and are ready to build and manage a dedicated club team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee operations related to clubs and on-trade channels
Build, train, and supervise a dedicated club/events team
Coordinate with clubs, restaurants, and nightlife venues
Plan and execute promotional events and activations
Maintain strong relationships with venue partners
Track performance and ensure targets are met
Handle reporting and coordination with the office team

Work Schedule:

Club operations during night/evening hours
Office presence required during the second half of the day

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Currently working in restaurants, clubs, or nightlife environments (night/evening shifts)
Prior experience is not mandatory; freshers with high energy and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for events, nightlife, and team management
Ability to work flexible hours, especially at night
