Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operational Manager to oversee and streamline day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel and capable of effectively managing and tracking RM (Relationship Management) and PM (Project Management) activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor daily operational activities within the office
Track and maintain RM and PM data, progress, and performance
Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and trackers
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution
Analyze data to identify gaps, trends, and areas for improvement
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all operational processes
Support management with insights and operational planning

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting)
Experience in operations, coordination, or similar roles
Ability to manage and track multiple tasks/projects efficiently
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in managing RM/PM systems or trackers
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field
