Operational Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operational Manager to oversee and streamline day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel and capable of effectively managing and tracking RM (Relationship Management) and PM (Project Management) activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor daily operational activities within the office
• Track and maintain RM and PM data, progress, and performance
• Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and trackers
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution
• Analyze data to identify gaps, trends, and areas for improvement
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all operational processes
• Support management with insights and operational planning
