Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling Clients (Star, Non Star Hotels, Resorts, Restaurants, Banquet etc.) & Finalization of Sales deal.
Maintaining relationship with clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Developing marketing and sales plans and strategies and executing to achieve sales target along with collection.
Evaluating marketing reports and sales data and exploring the new avenue to enhance product sale, travelling across the country

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years in the Hotel Industry (having sound knowledge of hospitality products)
Computer proficiency.
Negotiation, Presentation.
Candidate should have a valid two wheeler license.
