Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and responsible professional who is highly committed to the role. The candidate will be responsible for the overall management and smooth operation of the company, ensuring growth, efficiency, and strong team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee overall company operations, including sales, finance, marketing, and production
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team; set targets and monitor performance
Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers
Manage and maintain credit terms with distributors
Handle day-to-day leadership responsibilities independently
Supervise factory operations, including staff management, production quality, and labor planning
Ensure smooth coordination and performance of the accounts department with timely and accurate reporting
Manage banking relationships, including handling LC, TT, and financial planning
Ensure compliance with customs import procedures, VAT, excise duties, and accounting standards
Monitor and manage company assets such as vehicles, machinery, and equipment
Track market competition and introduce strategies to boost regional sales
Report directly to the Chairman of the company

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
Prior experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or distributorship company
Strong client relationship management skills
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
Good geographical knowledge of Nepal
Proficient in basic computer applications, including Email, MS Office, and Tally Accounting
