Job Description

  • Responsible for the duties assign by the HR- Department
  • Responsible for Local Issues & PR with Correspondence
  • Manage coordination with the Project In-charge in several Department
  • Have to travel to sites and manage the grievances of the employee
  • Substantiates applicants' skills by administering and scoring tests
  • Welcomes new employees to the Site by conducting orientation
  • Provides information to Corporate HR department by collecting time and attendance records
  • Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data
  • Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards
  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Other duties assigned by management time to time
