Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and our company’s general administrative activities.


Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

  • Actively assist in Company’s Banking transactions including account opening, activation, deposits, withdrawals and settlements.

  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc..

  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.

  • Answer queries by employees and clients.

  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.

  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).

  • Arrange travel and accommodations.

  • Conferring with the accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts.

  • Maintain our Stakeholder’s database.

  • Prepare an expense report.

  • Provide general support to visitors.

  • Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents (Manual).

  • Arrange documentations for business loans, renewal of companies, Annual update in Company Registrar, Obtaining Tax clearances, registration of new companies.


Requirements:

  • At least intermediate level (+2) from recognized universities.

  • Valid driver’s license (having your own private two wheeler is preferred), Fuel will be provided by the company.

  • Administrative writing and reporting skills.

  • Knowledge of appropriate softwares including MS Word,Powerpoint,Excel, Gmail and Google Sheets.
