Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the overall operations and ensure smooth coordination among all departments.
Lead, motivate, and manage teams to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Provide effective leadership and supervision to the operations team, including assigning tasks, setting goals, and evaluating performance.
Continuously assess operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Optimize the utilization of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to achieve operational targets and maintain cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, procurement, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of operational activities.
Develop and implement quality control procedures to monitor and maintain product or service standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and customer requirements.
Oversee inventory control, including accurate tracking, forecasting, and replenishment, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize wastage or shortages.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Required Age:More than 28 years

Other Specification

Bacherlors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Retail.
Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage diverse teams and achieve organizational goals.
Proficiency in MS Office and business management tools.
