Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Social Media Admin role is responsible for leading and coordinating the daily activities of online platforms. This role involves overseeing online sales, managing inventory, ensuring a positive customer experience, and contributing to the overall success of social media.

Responsibilities

Must be able to respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and brand-appropriately.
Packing and Dispatching orders, while communicating clearly with logistics partners and customers promptly.
Create content for informing customers with information about loyalty programs, promotions, product launch and other store happenings.
Create high-quality content from mobile (photos, videos, reels, stories, graphics) for social media pages such as Instagram and Tiktok.
Plan photoshoots and video shoots, from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
Collaborate with models, influencers, and customers to generate authentic UGC (user-generated content) that aligns with our adventure niche.
Creating, scheduling, and posting content across all social media platforms, including Instagram, and Facebook.
Uploading content on official websites and e-commerce platforms such as Daraz.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Required Age:More than 20 years

Other Specification

Proven experience in a social media or digital marketing role, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media editing tools such as CapCut, Canva.
Creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
