Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

HR & Employee Lifecycle Management:

Manage the full employee lifecycle: hiring → onboarding → ongoing performance support → offboarding
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Support performance management, disciplinary processes, and organizational development

Payroll & Compliance:

Process payroll and ensure timely salary disbursements
Coordinate with lawyers, tax consultants, and other advisors for compliance (TDS, VAT, Advance Tax, etc.)
Ensure adherence to Nepal labor laws and internal HR policies

Operations & Administration:

Manage daily office operations, supplies, and administrative tasks
Track business expenses and support accounting functions
Bridge communication between departments (sales, engineering, leadership)
Support project scheduling, milestone tracking, and workflow improvements

Recruitment & Team Building:

Assist with recruitment for administrative, accounting, legal, and sales roles as the company grows
Support onboarding and mentoring of junior staff
Help implement lead generation and client coordination systems

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2–4 years of experience in HR, administration, accounting, or operations management
Strong written and spoken English
Solid organizational and documentation skills
Basic understanding of Nepal labor law and payroll processes
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Familiarity with accounting tools (e.g., Tigg App) and payroll platforms (e.g., CorporatePay/ConnectIPS) is a plus
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field
Experience in an IT or tech-focused company is preferred
