Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic, responsible, and result-oriented individual for the position of Retail Store Incharge to oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the retail outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure efficient functioning.
Manage sales activities and achieve monthly sales targets.
Supervise and guide sales staff to ensure excellent customer service.
Monitor stock levels, inventory control, and timely replenishment.
Maintain proper display, merchandising, and cleanliness of the store.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports.
Ensure proper cash handling and billing procedures.
Coordinate with management regarding store performance and requirements.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

At least 1 year of experience in retail/store management.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Office).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Other Requirements:

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Honest, responsible, and customer-focused.
Flexible with working hours, including weekends if required.
