Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Operations Incharge is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Aroan, ensuring smooth coordination between branches, warehouse, and head office. The role focuses on maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and service quality across the company’s supply chain, inventory, and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily branch and warehouse operations
Monitor sales, stock movement, dispatches, and deliveries
Ensure accurate inventory management, stock transfers, and billing
Supervise goods receiving, storage, and dispatch
Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
Plan and track delivery routes for timely service
Act as communication link between Head Office and branches
Implement company SOPs and ensure HR policy compliance
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Lead and supervise warehouse, dispatch, and branch teams

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bacherlor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1- 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or retail management (experience in the retail industry).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage diverse teams and achieve organizational goals.
Proficiency in MS Office and business management tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Store Management
Inventory accuracy (system vs physical count).
Reduction in stock mismatch and operational errors.
Timeliness and quality of operational reporting.
Branch performance and customer satisfaction levels.
