Job Description

  • Be initiative
  • Be creative and research oriented
  • Deal with client and solve their issues on WordPress Theme and Plugin through emails, Forum threads, and Chat
  • Provide basic support to the development team as required
  • Flexibility with time
  • Co-ordination with team and team lead
  • Support desk handling
