Description:

A Wordpress Support Staff must have good knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution on WordPress Theme and Plugin through emails, forum threads, and chat. They must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers.

Experience and Knowledge:

  • Experience is not required.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and PHP
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress Themes and plugins
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Education:

  • Bsc, CSIT, BIM or Computer Science or relevant field

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance over the email
  • Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
  • Follow-up and update customer status and information
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
  • Co-ordination with team and team-lead
  • Provide basic support to the development team as required
  • Cope up with new ideas and creation



Job Description

Duties:

  • Providing assistance to customers 
  • Reporting daily to Team-Lead & CEO
  • Completing tasks as per Team-Lead instructions and learning quickly accordingly
  • To prove competent for the role 
  • To communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution to customers
  • Cope-up with difficult clients with patiently
  • Self-motivation

Other Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a help desk customer support role
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered

Facilities:

  • Alternate Sunday holiday
  • Appraisal after probation period and then on yearly review basis

Contract period:

  • 3 months probation period + 1 Year (15 months) 
  • 3 months probation period + 2 Years(27 months)
