  • Min 1+ years of professional work experience in WordPress development
  • Must have excellent knowledge of PHP and OOP. (Knowledge of MVC and CI Framework will be an advantage)
  • Excellent working experience with WordPress
  • Experience in WordPress theme and plugin development
  • Sound knowledge of WEB 2.0 , API , Web Services , MVC Architecture in PHP, JQuery, Ajax, HTML, JavaScript
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
  • Design efficient databases (MySQL) and write efficient SQL Queries.
  • Be proactive and solve all programming related problems in time and efficiently
  • Self motivated, honest, proactive and enthusiastic

Job Description

  • Experience working with WordPress at a PHP code level
  • Knowledge of existing inbuilt WordPress functions
  • Creation of custom post types
  • Creation of pluings/widgets written to conform with the WordPress coding standards
  • Creation of clean, logical, well-documented and re-usable code
  • Theme/Template integration
  • Knowledge of WordPress Network [Multisite] beneficial
  • In depth understanding of PHP, HTML/CSS, Javascript/jQuery
