Excellent knowledge and experience in Photoshop, Dreamweaver and other designing tools
Excellent knowledge in HTML5, XHTML, CSS3, Javascript, jQuery, and SEO
Outstanding designing skills
Excellent knowledge about user interface, browser compatibility and Web 2.0
Knowledge of responsive web and CSS framework like 960 Grid, Bootstrap or Blueprint CSS
Knowledge of WordPress themeing will add plus point
Self motivated, positive attitude and strong zeal towards learning
Be able to work to tight deadlines
Be thorough and precise in their work
Be able to multi-task
Be aware of international web standards and protocols

Work closely with the development team and create excellent designs to develop high end websites.
Prepare work plan for the project tasks daily, and provide the work status report at the end of the day based on the work plan prepared.
Share knowledge and ideas among other designers on the project or tools used, or on any innovation made during the project.
Maintain conducive working environment.
