Serve clients:

• Greet clients, present them with the menu and take orders
  
• Communicate with the kitchen on current clients requirements to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction
  
• Serve clients promptly maintaining proper restaurant experience
  
• Observe clients needs by standing near the tables ensuring their food and service satisfaction
  
• Preparation and presence required for events, serving among guests with platter of foods and drinks
  

Assist the Bistrot Manager with daily accountability:

• Elaborate a bill for each order and take the payment 
  
• Issuing receipts, accepting payments, returning change
  
• Apply discounts for students and staff
  
• Keep record of free products, meals, drinks etc…
  

Assist the Bistrot Manager and the cook:

• Help the cook and the chef (some basic cooking skills are required)
  
• Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by incharge and also able to kitchen hand
  
• Assist with stocking and maintaining the bistrot stock levels and side station
  
• Assist with answering phone or other duties given
  

 Deliver meals to the French school

• Prepare and deliver daily meals to the French school
  
• Check the health and safety aspect of food during transport
  
• Serve children at the school
  

Food shopping

• Food shopping to supermarkets and markets according to Bistrot Manager
  

Working hours: Monday – Friday 10:30 am – 6:30 pm

Permanent contract with a trial period
