Job Description

  • Oversee and coordinate all hospitality operations within the assigned facility or venue.
  • Manage and train hospitality students theoretically and Practically.
  • Research and implement new training techniques and exercises.
  • Must have the ability to deliver training through video conferencing, webinars, and other online methods using software and electronic hardware.
  • Should have excellent time management and organizational skills with strong problem-solving skill and analytical abilities. 
  • Monitor and maintain hospitality standards, policies, and procedures
  • Assist in developing and implementing hospitality strategies and initiatives
  • Analyze data and prepare reports related to hospitality course materials, instructional equipment, and educational resources.
  • Utilize appropriate training and educational technologies to enhance learning.
  • Ensure safe and efficient operations at all times.
