Assist in overseeing & managing the overall service to ensure a timely response to the guests needs regarding beverages and snacks whilst providing superb customer service.
- Deliver food orders to the kitchen and beverage orders to the bar.
- Deliver food & beverages to the restaurant area as per guest’s order.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant areas.
- Supply and replenish cutleries and glassware in the required stations.
- Advise guests on the choice of drinks including cocktails, wine, special brands etc.
- Provide necessary information to guests about specific beverages.
- Inform customers of promotions and reward systems.
- Report to the Reporting Manager any complaints, disputes, queries, comments from guests.
- Help monitor beverage consumption to ensure guests do not become too intoxicated.
- Identify and acknowledge regular guests; know their choice and specific taste of beverages.
