Job Description

Assist in overseeing & managing the overall service to ensure a timely response to the guests needs regarding beverages and snacks whilst providing superb customer service.

Deliver food orders to the kitchen and beverage orders to the bar.
Deliver food & beverages to the restaurant area as per guest’s order.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant areas.
Supply and replenish cutleries and glassware in the required stations.
Advise guests on the choice of drinks including cocktails, wine, special brands etc.
Provide necessary information to guests about specific beverages.
Inform customers of promotions and reward systems.
Report to the Reporting Manager any complaints, disputes, queries, comments from guests.
Help monitor beverage consumption to ensure guests do not become too intoxicated.
Identify and acknowledge regular guests; know their choice and specific taste of beverages.
