Customers can order groceries online via our website www.saathimart.com and mobile application (Saathimart). Saathimart aims to delivery goods to consumer doorsteps within 12 hours of order confirmation all over nepal.

The journey started 11 years ago in 2009 from a manufacturing company. After gaining experience for more than 10 years in distributorship, retail and wholesale market in Nepal, we came up with an idea of Saathimart; a retail and online business idea. The company that would enable small as well big entrepreneurs to extend their scope by offering an online platform, enabling young and experienced entrepreneurs through affiliate marketing to earn in Nepal.

Job Description

  • Build and manage relationship with key Saathimart sellers and brand representatives from the Groceries, Pets, and Health & Beauty categories, to manage business growth in your portfolio. Note: This means regularly being touch with sellers and brands, and visiting the market
  • Work with your sellers and brands to create promotions and schemes that boosts sales for your sellers and increases value for Saathimart outlets
  • Keep a close tab on your industry. Be familiar with prices, logistics, key players, sourcing logistics, identify top sellers, trending products, and new brands that will provide Saathimart outlets with more variety
  • Ensure that your sellers meet operational KPIs, i.e. they are processing orders, replying to customers’ questions, maintaining stocks correctly, etc.
  • Analyze data to identify issues and areas for growth and create reports for internal and external stakeholders to track and improve performance
  • Consistently and proactively take initiatives to grow your category and improve customer experience
  • Build strong internal relationships with various internal stakeholders and teams across various functions and even with the regional team members
  • Follow-up: A key part of the profile will include not just planning and proposing new initiatives, but also owning it and holding external and internal stakeholders accountable by following up consistently and on time
