  • Working knowledge of Abacus , Amadeus, Galileo
  • Preferably a person who can deal with clients
  • Good language skills while on telephone / corresponding skills via email
  • Full Ticketing knowledge and experience in the same post is highly preferable
  • Should have good interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Ability to give effective presentation to clients.

Job Description

  • Answer enquiries regarding different options for traveling
  • Candidate is responsible for Domestic and International Ticketing.
  • Candidate has to operate the software like Abacus, Galileo and Amadeus to record the data.
  • Is also responsible for Hotel reservation for their clients.
  • Answer telephones, walk-in customers or travel agents who seek information regarding different travel and ticketing requirements
