Should have completed Master Degree from a recognized University in any relevant field with perfect knowledge of ticketing
Experienced candidates with ticketing experience of 7 yrs and above can apply
Advanced E-ticketing training from Abacus, Amadeus, Galileo
Should be helpful and encouraging towards his/ her working colleagues
Proven ability to work in a high pressured environment, with competing priorities, stakeholders and deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, pleasing personality
Proven experience in managing staff and the public in a customer service focused role

Other Specific Requirements:

Preference will be given to those who have excellent written and verbal communication skill

Manage the ticketing procedures and system, build event, scheduling and supervising the ticketing staff, sales reporting, financial reconciliation, ensuring superior customer service
Exceptionally organized ticketing professional with demonstrated experience in subscription and multi ticket purchasing environment
Promote business with sales & marketing
Full Time in professional ticketing department
Ensuring a superior standard of customer service is applied across the entire organization at all times
