Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Level 1 support with direct inbound calls
• Task escalation to Level 2 if required
• basic windows user creation and networking terminals issue fix.
• Create Task based on every customer’s query through email/SMS with the proper problem title
• Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications
• Develop diagnostic skills with a solution in mind
• Actively participate in the training (Tech and non-tech) to develop the learning
