Candidate must possess at list I.E. or Diploma in A/C & Refrigeration.
Good knowledge with independent handling capability of all types of HVAC & Refrigeration equipment with trouble shooting efficiency.
Computer skill of operation CAD and Microsoft Office
Provide engineering support to the Project Engineering Manager with respect to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and ensure successful delivery of projects and handing over to the client.
Sound Knowledge in HVAC Equipment selection, Pump head calculation, and static pressure calculation for Air handling equipment’s and fans.
Capable for leading a project execution or operation and maintenance team includes Maintenance/Facility Engineers, Supervisors, Inspectors, technicians etc.
Troubleshoot and analyze technical failures and recommended measures to mitigate recurring problems.
Developing and implementing Operational / Functional and preventive maintenance programs & procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
