Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's technology strategy, with a focus on AI/ML initiatives.
• Lead the research, design, and implementation of AI/ML algorithms and models to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing products and services.
• Drive innovation by exploring emerging AI/ML technologies and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders, including technology vendors, research institutions, and industry experts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in AI/ML development and deployment.
• Manage team and report to the C level management.
• Scoping and planning of the product.
• Day to day development team management / project management.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of leadership in AI/ML technology, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior technical role.
• Project management skills, Jira, confluence, Agile Scrum framework.
• Extensive knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, frameworks, and tools, with hands-on experience in their implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication (English) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
• Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing technical teams.
• Alignment with the C level management and reporting.
• Team management skill is a must have.
