Job Description

  • Lead HR consulting unit and handle various HR Consulting Projects 
  • Coordinate with Clients and HR Consultants for proper execution of various projects
  • Proper documentation of each project. Present periodic reports of ongoing consulting work and developments to the concerned authority 
  • Plan creative strategies for maintaining long-term relation with Clients and build professional network as maximum as possible for business expansion
  • Continuous study and analysis of HR scenario, trends and practices to remain updated all the time 
  • Responsible to boost sales and contribute to long term business growth by developing professional relationships with valuable clients
  • Lead and guide the team in various processes to ensure the proper implementation of various existing project/s
  • Plan and develop strategies to meet the target of own and department as given by the concerned authority in a stipulated period with regular monitoring and supervision of the activities of team members
  • Monitor the day-to-day activities of the team so that business processes and practices are conducted with great professionalism and integrity and comply with the company standards and guidelines
  • Prepare up-to-date reports of every activities of performed in the Unit as well as individual reports and submit to the concern authority
  • Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by concerned authority

Salary offered, Benefits and more:  

  • Gross salary NRs. 45,000.00 to NRs. 50,000.00 + attractive incentives
