  • Basic knowledge on GSM.
  • Must be familiar with field test equipments and its settings (SDJ analyzer, OSA, Optical Power meter, Optical variable attenuator, BER Meter, VSWR Meter & Power Meter etc.).
  • Self motivated, result oriented and a team player with good communications skills and attitude.

Job Description

  • Troubleshooting of Site issues with customer as well as vendors.
  • Supervise the activities done by Sub Cons and guide them at site if required.
  • Carrying out or Verifications (as per the responsibility assigned) of RFI report, MR, Site documents & layout etc submitted by Sub con and report collection in time.
  • Providing regular trainings to sub con at site (once a week) & ensure that sub con is following the SoP.
  • Escalation of site issues to cluster lead related to E1 /alarm availability and RFI issues
