Job Description

  • Maintain sustainable relationships with colleges and academies for Recruitment & Selection process.
  • Assist in developing job descriptions, preparing vacancy advertisements.
  • Use internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate.
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using social media by planning and implementing a company talent acquisition strategy.
  • Screening candidate's resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
  • Develop company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and succession planning.
  • Host and participate as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
  • Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities.
  • Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies.
  • Deploy a wide variety of training methods
  • Evaluate training effectiveness
  • Make annual training plan and budget
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective presentation style
  • Strong decision-making skills
