Job Duties: 

• Source for a high volume of roles (anywhere between 50-100 open positions at one time) both in the US and in countries such as: Australia, Canada, South Africa, Mexico, Chile
• Create sourcing strategy to manage open positions and build pipeline for further positions
• Work closely with Recruiting Manger and Hiring Manger to determine job duties and requirements for open roles
• Develop pipeline of candidates for K&A's Recruiter to contact and present to hiring manager and client
• Manage detailed candidate data in Excel and ATS
• Work closely with the K&A team in the US

Qualifications: 

• Familiar with technical roles, such as Project Manager, Scheduler and various Engineering disciplines.
• Two years’ experience in talent acquisition/sourcing
• Demonstrated skill with using a variety of talent sourcing tools including LinkedIn, Indeed, and technical community sourcing channels
• MS Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Proficiency in English
