Job Description

  • Manage the system and network with privileged access.
  • Monitor and analyze system hardware, operating system, software systems, networking systems, traffic and resources to ensure that they are up and running smoothly all the time.
  • Interpret alarms, messages and logs from various hardware and software and do the needful.
  • Maintain various servers and install new as per the need.
  • Introduce and integrate new solutions to existing architecture.
  • Recommend and implement suitable solutions in order to ease day-to-day tasks.
  • Maintain daily-automated backups.
  • Troubleshoot problems escalated from junior teammate.
  • Submit daily report.
