Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Reception of supplies with purchasers and manage Follow Up, Manage Supplies Follow Up towards requesters (PFU), Supervise quality of the supplies (quality, price, technical specifications, delivery, procedure), Supervise delivery to the departments, bases and programmes with Store Manager and Puchasers, Manage Framework Agreement, Communicate PFU  to Coordination and bases if needed
• Organize purchasers work plan and Draw up a planning of the weekly purchases according to submission deadline currently in force, Manage Suppliers work relation and support Purchasers in this, Ensure that the base catalogue is up to date and develop supplier Portfolio. Train to develop technical knowledge of supply team’ capacity, Supervise the work of the store Manager, Supervise proper warehouse management with the store manager.Coordinate with the storemanager for the in-coming deliveries from suppliers, Control, and give feedbacks to Store manager on quality of reporting. Support Store manager in In Kind Donation Management, Facilitate Organization of transportation of goods to the field between Store Manager and Programs Manage transportation contract with supplier, Management of Supply Team
