Education Level : Graduate (Masters)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 2 years

  • Fluent Written and Spoken English, if have Fluent Third Language; Spanish, French or Mandarin is preferable.
  • MBA Graduated with accounting/economics
  • Should have proper accounting knowledge
  • Leadership quality and should be able to manage a team properly with proper work division.
  • Should be able to work in heavy pressure and should be available anytime whenever or wherever required
  • Minimum of 2 years commitment
  • Should have knowledge about high-quality suiting textiles and accessories for men
  • Should be street smart and be able to tackle any issues that might arise


Job Description

  • Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
  • Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
  • Receive complaints and resolve problems
  • Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
  • Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
  • Prepare and submit performance reports
  • Hire and train new employees
  • Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
