This position under the direct supervision from Operations Director will be responsible to liaison with management, course leaders, faculties, students and parents. 

• He/he will help in conducting  orientation, induction, information sessions, seminars, guest lectures and events
  
• He/she will use student management software and maintain a database of attendance reports, courses and students 
  
• He/she is expected to deal with student queries and find necessary solutions
  
• He/she should conduct student satisfaction survey. Overall, He/she must lead the Student Services Department
