    Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the consultancy's service offerings and reach.
    • Foster and maintain strategic partnerships with educational institutions, agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.

    Financial Management:

    • Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial planning to ensure the company's financial health and sustainability.
    • Implement cost-effective measures and revenue-generating strategies.

    Risk Management:

    • Identify and assess potential risks to the business and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards.

    Stakeholder Communication:

    • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and employees.
    • Represent the company in various forums and events to enhance its reputation and visibility.
