Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Store Keeper to manage inventory, maintain stock records, and oversee store operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of inventory management and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
Receive, verify, and issue materials, equipment, and supplies.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of all items.
Record all transactions in the ERP software and maintain up-to-date entries.
Conduct regular stock audits and report variances.
Coordinate with procurement, finance, and project teams for material requirements.
Ensure cleanliness and safety of the store area.
Prepare periodic inventory and consumption reports.

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in store/inventory management.

Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
